Product range and pricing
Saffron Lilly has the right to adjust or change the pricing of any product at its own discretion. Changes are often due to the variable nature of the precious metals and stones industry and we are sorry for any inconvenience these changes may course. It is possible products may be listed with an inaccurate price due to errors with the computer system. If this occurs Saffron Lilly reserves the right to charge the difference between the value payed and the actual price of the jewellery item. Due to the nature of the computer systems in place in the unlikely event your item is shipped at the inaccurate price you are bound to return the item or pay the outstanding cost to the true value of the product.
Due to the high volume of stock and variable nature of orders it may be possible that Saffron Lilly can be out of stock of the item you ordered. Should this occur we will provide you with alternative options, this may include offering you an alternative ring in a similar style or ordering in the same ring requested with a potential longer shipping time frame. These options are product dependent so you will need to contact info@saffronlilly.com to work out the best alternative solution.
Payment methods
At Saffron Lilly we offer a range of payment options. Please contact us for options other than standard credit and debit card purchases. We will then be able to advise you further on viable options such as; finance plans and bank transfers.
Sales tax and VAT
At Saffron Lilly as we are based in United Kingdom value added tax (VAT) or Goods and Service tax (GST) will be calculated individually depending on the end shipping destination and value of product(s) ordered. Shipping methods
Our shipping policies vary depending on your location. Due to shipping to a variety of countries across the globe and receiving our source diamonds from various suppliers we aim to provide our products in as timely a fashion as possible. To achieve this please ensure that you provide accurate shipping data. If you request an alternate shipping address we may confirm with your bank you are registered to this address as a security measure.
All our packages our tracked and insured to the value of your order from the moment it leaves our facility to reaching your door. Depending on the price of your purchase we may require checks of your identity before shipping and a signature upon to delivery to verify your order so it arrives safely in your hands. If the terms of the courier process are not adhered to, we accept no liability for the loss of product. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the shipping process.
