Returns Policy

To initiate the return policy we require you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, through emailing info@saffronlilly.com  quoting your order reference number and reason for return. We require all returns to be sent within 5 working days of your return request being accepted, when the shipping address will be provided to you.

All items returned to Saffron Lilly should be in their original unworn condition, alongside packaging and original documentation. If all original documentation is not present, or the package is returned in an unfit state your return will not be processed. It is essential that if your diamond comes with a certificate, e.g GIA, it is returned as they are very expensive to replace.

When packaging your return, please ensure that it is secure and that the jewellery item will remain undamaged in transit. Remember to use discretion when writing on the package itself, not including our brand name on the box as it increases risk of theft.

All returns must be sent tracked, with compensation from the postal service to the value of the jewellery item acquired, providing insurance in case the product is lost in transit. Please forward the shipping receipt details and tracking number to your contact at Saffron Lilly as soon as the item is sent, allowing us to track your order, ensuring it arrives with us safely. 

In the event there is a mistake with the order sizing or a defect is present in the product a fully paid replacement or repair will be provided. We will ensure your legal rights as a consumer are met, with return shipping covered at no cost to you the consumer.

In the event you choose to return the product for reasons other than the product being unfit for purpose you will be required to pay for the return shipping within the timeframe outlined above.

Once products are received by Saffron Lilly, the return will be reviewed before a refund is awarded. Our review process includes the jewellery and diamond being weighed and checked thoroughly against our records and grading certificates, ensuring it is in the same condition as when it was first sent. 

A refund will be processed to the same account the purchase was made from, this takes on average 5 working days, however, delays may be present due to your; location, payment method or if problems are found during the review stage.

For some products the return process may differ from that outlined above, if this is the case the product specific return policy will be outlined to you before purchase.

In the event the above instructions are not complied with, or the jewellery item is returned with inadequate packaging or security measures Saffron Lilly will not take any responsibility for loss or damage. We aim to make the return process as simple as possible, so please if you have any concerns contact us at info@saffronlilly.com.

Exchange

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, or you would like to exchange your jewellery item for another option from our collection we are happy to do so within a 14 day period of initial purchase. All returns shipped to us for exchange will be done so at the expense of the consumer. With the same review process being completed outlined above for returns. In the event the product is of greater value to that initially purchased a further payment will be required to that of the value outstanding. If the product is of lesser value than that initially purchased a refund of the difference will be transferred after the product has been received for return and has been reviewed by our expert team. The exchange process is handled at the discrepancy of the distributor, so is liable to change and may not apply as outlined above to your specific product.
